Crispy Kale Chips Created by Joy Bauer Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients oil spray, such as canola or olive oil 1 large bunch kale kosher salt Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400˚. Coat two large baking sheets with oil spray. (The chips will be crispiest if baked directly on the baking sheet, without aluminum foil.) 2. Trim the ends off the kale and cut the leaves into 2-inch pieces. Divide the kale pieces between the two baking sheets and spread them into a single, even layer. Liberally mist the kale with oil spray and lightly sprinkle with salt. 3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the kale is crispy to the touch and the edges are beginning to brown.

Ingredientes aceite en spray, de canola o aceite de oliva 1 manojo grande de col rizada sal kosher Instrucciones 1. Precaliente el horno a 400˚. Cubra dos charolas grandes para hornear con el aceite en spray. (Las frituras estarán mas crujientes si las hornea directamente sobre la charola, sin papel aluminio.) 2. Recorte los extremos de la col rizada y corte las hojas en piezas de 2 pulgadas. Divida las piezas de col rizada entre las dos charolas para hornear y extiéndalas en una sola capa uniforme. Abundantemente, rocíe la col rizada con el aceite en spray y salpique ligeramente con sal. 3. Hornee durante 10 minutos o hasta que la col rizada esté crujiente al tacto y los bordes estén empezando a dorarse.
