Healthier Together Teaching Kitchen Campaign

For years, the Olivewood Kitchen has been filled with delicious food, great company, curious learners and creative minds. While our programs continue to expand, it is important that our learning space is optimized to be as educational and functional as possible. With our nutrition education programs in mind, Lars Remodeling & Design has created a design and plan to remodel our current kitchen area into a new and improved instructional kitchen. Their design will allow Olivewood visitors to be more involved and to better see demonstrations and food preparation. Functionality will help our staff to be even more safe and efficient during educational lessons. Capacity will be increased so that even more community members will gain the tools to make healthy choices. We are excited to break ground and see the full potential of our nutrition-education programs!

In order to make this remodel possible, we need your help in raising $175,000. By giving to our Teaching Kitchen Campaign, you are investing in the health of our community and changing the lives of children and families.
