The Mission of Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center is to empower students and families from diverse backgrounds to be healthy and active citizens through organic gardening, environmental stewardship, and nutrition education. Our Vision is to reconnect students and families to the natural environment through food, education and community engagement.

Day of Play
July 20th, 2019, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The Day of Play is a fun event for children and their families who participate in activities that include hands-on gardening, hands-on cooking, chef demonstrations, healthy foods tasting stations, a special garden scavenger hunt, physical activity stations throughout the garden, plus basketball, potato sack races, egg-spoon races, and hopscotch.
