Vietnamese Cooking Class

Join us for a hands-on Vietnamese cooking class featuring Guest Chef Dr. Kevin Young! Using fresh garden vegetables, we’ll prepare vermicelli coconut curry soup and vibrant spring rolls.
Dr. Young, a licensed Acupuncturist specializing in Eastern Nutrition, combines food, health, and culture to promote wellness. Inspired by his Buddhist traditions, he reimagines classic dishes into nutritious vegetarian delights.

Spring Adventure Day Camp 2025

Students in K-6th grade will enjoy a hands-on garden-to-kitchen cooking experience hosted in our teaching kitchen. This month’s recipe line up will feature fun Spring themed snacks using nutritious and delicious ingredients!
