Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend the class, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled class, given the staff time needed to purchase and prep class supplies. If notified 72 hours before the scheduled class, we will offer you a refund or a credit for the next class.

Selina is also the creator of Olivewood’s beloved Cauliflower Ceviche recipe, developed during her 2012 internship and still featured in our programming today. Learn how dried corn is transformed into hominy and masa before making a delicious vegetarian pozole from scratch while exploring the rich history and tradition behind one of Mexico’s most important culinary techniques.
