Join us for our monthly Open Gardens and Property Tour! You’ll learn about the history of the property, Olivewood programming, and more! This tour takes place on natural surfaces such as dirt and mulch so please wear appropriate shoes. Tours at 10:15AM & 11:15AM. No registration required.
Back by popular demand, our Local Seafood Cooking Class returns to Olivewood Gardens!
Join us for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating the best of our region's seasonal seafood and garden-fresh produce. Together, we'll prepare a delicious menu featuring a locally sourced seasonal catch (species to be announced), while exploring how to choose sustainable seafood options that support both local fisheries and ocean health.
Throughout the class, you'll learn practical tips for selecting, sourcing, and cooking fresh local seafood with confidence. We'll discuss where to find seasonal catches, what to look for when purchasing seafood, and how our food choices impact the environment.
Of course, no Olivewood class would be complete without ingredients harvested straight from the garden. You'll enjoy a flavorful meal while connecting with fellow food enthusiasts in our beautiful outdoor setting.
Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and your curiosity—this class is equal parts educational and delicious.
