This program is for High School students who wants to gain skills and knowledge surrounding community engagement, food systems and social justice. The program culminates in a project proposal to create change in our community. Interns will: Learn about different aspects of their local food system, Learn about civic and community engagement, Create and engage in a community listening forum, Design and create a project proposal based on community input
