Enjoy a Seated Dessert & Program showcasing our collective impact, and participate in silent and live auctions featuring unique experiences and gifts…all while surrounded by friends who share a love for our vibrant Olivewood community. Week 2: June 16th – 20th (no camp June 19th) Rooted in Nature Summer Camp is hosted at Olivewood Gardens & Learning Center for incoming 3rd – 6th graders. This week is offered at no cost and is reserved for students enrolled in National School District. Join us for a week of outdoor exploration, hands-on garden activities, and tasty cooking lessons! This program is for High School students who wants to gain skills and knowledge surrounding community engagement, food systems and social justice. The program culminates in a project proposal to create change in our community. Interns will: Learn about different aspects of their local food system, Learn about civic and community engagement, Create and engage in a community listening forum, Design and create a project proposal based on community input
