Join us for our annual Sustainable Seafood Class in collaboration with Fishful Future and California Sea Grant! Back by popular demand, this year’s class will feature a delicious, garden-inspired poke made with local opah or tuna caught by local fishing families and taught by the incredible Emily Miller. We’ll dive into the art of filleting a whole fish, explore seasonal and sustainable seafood options, and share tips on where to source the freshest local catch.

Garden at Dusk Dinner: A Summer Celebration
Join us on Friday, August 1, 2025 for an unforgettable evening under the stars at Olivewood Gardens. We’re thrilled to welcome back Chefs Charlie Knowles and Manny da Luz and team of bica for our Garden at Dusk Dinner summer event—an intimate outdoor dining experience that blends seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine with community and purpose.
