Does your little one enjoy nature? Bring them to Olivewood to have a garden adventure! Talls & Smalls is a 1-hour class for children ages 2-5 years with accompanying adult. They'll explore our beautiful gardens, use their senses to smell, taste, see, and listen, and taste a garden snack. Thanks to First 5 San Diego this Talls and Smalls class is free upon registration!
Gather with other high school youth at Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center. At this initial meeting, we will have a guest speaker as well as host a discussion on social justice topics. We invite you to use this space to learn, discuss, organize, and strategize on taking action in your community! The goal is for the coalition to be student-led. Come check it out to get more info and tell us more about the changes you want to see in your community!
Join us for an Olivewood 'Open Garden'! We'll have a public tour starting at 10:15AM & 11:15AM, and guests are free to enjoy the gardens and invited to learn more about our programs. No pre-registration required.
We are bringing back our Knife Skills Class this year! BYOK - Bring Your Own Knife to sharpen or sharpen some of ours! This class will walk through the basics of sharpening a knife with a wet stone and focus on traditional knife cuts in order to chop some veggies to snack on some bean dip with. Join us!

Join us at Olivewood for our March Garden Explorers: How Does Your Garden Grow taking place on Saturday, March 25th from 9AM - 11AM. Garden Explorers will be exploring our garden and learning how to help plants and flowers grow! Don't miss out on this great opportunity for your Garden Explorers (grades K-5) to spend some time exploring and engaging in our outdoor classroom.
